What do we imagine the phantoms lineup to look like this season I can hardly keep up with the coming and going

Well they are adding Bunnamann, Lebarge, Hart, Rubstov for sure. Colin McDonald was re-signed. You now have Martel. Defensively you have Brennan, Wilcox, Friedman, Myers to start, de Haas.

Holdovers will probably be Bardreau, Carey, Varone, Knight, Aube-Kubal if he doesn't make Flyers, Goulbourne if re signed, Vorobyev if he doesn't make Flyers, Vecchione, Connor, Twarynski, Krushelynski.

The should be fun to watch again.

I hope Martel gets bit by a radioactive spider.
I want Frost to have a gamma ray experiment go wrong.
I hope Konecney goes and trains with Ra's a Ghul
We will rule in 2021,22,23,24 then.

Pending any promotions to the Flyers or players getting claimed on waivers, the Phantoms look something like this. The guys with AHL deals don't appear on CF.

I think at least one of Vecchione, NAK and Vorobyev will be on the Flyers roster which would free up top 12 spot for Kase.

Frost?

And I'm just not a fan of carrying the 3 goalies on one roster. There aren't enough starts to go around. Can Stoli be sent to the ECHL to get playing time and allow more playing time for Hart and Lyon at the AHL level?

Frost can't play in the AHL.

Stolarz and Lyon can't be sent to the ECHL unless they agree to it. Hart could be since he's on an ELC. I'm not that worried if there are three healthy goalies in the AHL for a while. And what are the odds all five Flyers goalies will be healthy at the same time? Pretty low I'd say.

Fazleev went to the KHL i believe so i would take him off.

I still feel a goalie is moved before the season starts. Maybe they find a deal for Neuvrith and go:

Love that the money is going to the ESYHF. I was a volunteer coach from year one up until about 3 years ago. Awesome program.

He hasn't left yet. The Flyers would have to put him on unconditional waivers for the purposes of terminating his contract first.

I know the AHL Veteran rules states no more than 6 non developmental players in the lineup at one time and the above fits that but I really would love to see more development players in.

I thought Fazleev was not coming back?

Can they "loan" him to a KHL team ala Sandstrom to allow him to stay but retain his rights? Altho not sure why they would want to retain his rights. I think its apparent he isnt in their plans.

No they don't. Dallas allowed Nichushkin to go to KHL for couple years before he came back this year.

Yes, they do. Nichuskin's ELC had ended when he went back to the KHL. Fazleev's ELC still has a year left.

https://www.capfriendly.com/players/radel-fazleev

And Dallas didn't "allow" him to go to the KHL. He was free to leave and play in the KHL for as long as he liked because he was no longer under contract.

Really hope they find a way to make room on the team for Kase. He's one of those prospects I do feel has a good chance of being a player and it would suck if he got blocked because of either the presence of an AHL vet or because the Flyers were too afraid to promote someone like NAK or Vecchione (both of whom should be able to contribute).

I loathe that franchise (I guess, more correctly, I loathe the rules that they take advantage of that causes me to loathe that franchise lol)

I hear ya. Some of these “kids” just need some experience playing with grade A talent. Not saying it’s the norm, but look at a guy like Martin St Louis. He toiled in the MINORS til he got his shot playing with talented line mates and then he broke out. All I’m saying is, not every player develops at the same rate and timing. I’d like to see what some of these youngsters and so called “tweeners” can do, instead of “trusted” vets like Weise. Just wanna vomit even saying it. Not bad mouthing him personally, but that dude brings nothing to the table.

Did they announce Leier's arbitration date?

I can't see it going great for him.

They need to be in a winter classic and ice this team for an alumni game.

Brzy in goal would be the icing on the cake.
